Why can they apparently get away with any plates they like (they look like UK plates but none on the front) and why doesn't a traffic cop come along and give them an antisocial driving notice (or whatever they're called...) and confiscate their cars, just like they do in car parks the country over??

Those are the Lambos owned by Platinum Executive Travel.
I saw their R8 V10 last week.

The guy calls himself Lord Aleem, pretty lucky young lad.

I work in that area, their ten to the penny, there is a good display of them out side The Dorchester (Park Lane) along with a hideous metallic red AMG SLS.
