Those are most definitely not what you want for your B7 RS4!
The rear brakes are drilled, vented and floating 324 millimetres (12.8 in) by 22 millimetres (0.87 in) iron discs, with gloss black Lucas-Girling TRW single piston floating calipers with an integrated mechanical handbrake mechanism.

rear disks are not floating they are 1 piece, pic above is of front disk? but you are right they are 324 x 22

Go to pic 2 of 2 boys, I did put it in the thread. Unfortunately it automatically puts up pic 1. I do try.
As for floating, my bad just copy pasted from Wiki. Just trying to stop someone from buying those discs thinking they were getting what they have fitted.

Gaz is right, pic 2 is the rear disc.
That eBay one is a solid 255mm diameter and only 12mm thick!!! That's a big difference!!!

Never ceases to amaze me some of the dodgy tat being openly sold on fleabay - if you go on there and search for less than 5 mins you'd be convinced that you could replace discs and pads front + rear on a B7 RS4 for about £150.... which as we all know, is never going to happen

The picture on the box depicts them as solid faced discs and as you'll probably be aware - the rears on RS4's are drilled. Then there is the overall diameter; the ones on the eBay advert are described as 300mm whereas I believe the rear OEM discs OD (outside diameter) is 324mm from memory. Lastly there is the manufacturer?
