Perhaps it was a publicity/hype generating exercise. It certainly got our attention!

My Car now.

I purchased this car from the current owner who px against his R35 GTR running around 900bhp.

I remember it being up for sale at around 40k last time, and wanted it then, this time i couldnt resist.

Just sold my RS4 in time and this came up.

Was parked in the drive, not being used.

Love the car, sound and colour. The leather is as new, as my last few RS4's have always had an abused bolster.

Looking to book it in with Doug at MRC for a once over and maybe upgrading the speakers as i think they are still standard, maybe route through a 4 channel amp.

Has a few stone chips at the front, so will look to get this done and maybe a clear shield applied to the front and wing mirros.

Any idea what the colour code is on this S4PLAYER??

Thanks

LOL,

I'll keep the price to myself for now guys :biggrin3:

I haven't done too bad if that helps, considering a standard spec car with 50k on the clock is still around 19-21k.

Thanks

Dont post much, but will be doing a lot more soon, as i have more time on my hands at present.

Plus will be updating the car and making a thread in due course.

Will definately be updating the alarm as soon as possible as there is a few bits that might tempt the odd scumbag!

IIRC it was Sepang but with extra pearl in it so not just standard Sepang. You'll have to PM Danny for the bodyshop that did it to get the exact mix.

Why the secrecy? I don't get it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to force an answer out of you, I don't care what you paid, I just don't understand why people want to keep it a secret. Asking how much someone earns or how much their house cost is different in my eyes cos that is personal, but when buying a car that we all know the rough value of just doesn't make any sense to me. I understand the value of this one is slightly different as it's a special car but unless you plan on selling it on very soon with the intention of making money on it what's hte point in hiding it. Or you don't want the missus to find! :biggrin3:

Ditto, but i don't get why people are like it with wages and house cost either. But everyone has their limit to what is too personal i guess. I normally just peg it down to how they was brought up, i.e thinking that things like that are personal without actually giving it much thought. It's like, what can i really gain from knowing the amount other than to continue said conversation. I can understand doing it with certain people, if you was at a BBQ and you got asked by a family member that you know is on a lot lower wage, then i would be hesitant to then and if someone asks your bank balance/savings i can understand but only because it tends to change peoples opinion of you, like you're either bragging or offering services as a long term lender............

Each to their own lol

Bloody nice car you have, i'm looking forward to seeing your project thread :biggrin3:
