Thoughts, anyone?

I hate the leather and I'd rather not have black paint, again but everything else is spot on, for me.

I normally hate red leather interiors, but that one looks quite good. Just imagine being in your own ebony porno every time you go for a drive.

Black paint looks good, too, but that car would need some serious personalising to stop it looking like the S-line it does right now.

And another grand for posting a video on YouTube on how to install PSS9 that screws up the vehicle geometry.

Biggest problem for me would be that it's not the top of the range. If it's an S then the RS boys are going to look down on you. God knows I do. Sure, the S-line boys will worship you but hey.

How about an RS3?

I know, not an RS and not 8cyl. I'm not overly bothered about being looked down upon, I've no problems delivering an uppercut or an over-hand.

It'd be an expensive stop-gap; retrim the leather, Hayward & Scott straight pipe from manis back, KW adjustable, B8RS4 front brakes, wheels, GF F1Asyms, pulley, filters, stage 2 map.
Stand back and admire hole in wallet.
Done.

RS3 is still silly money and it's too small-ish. But I did like it, a lot.

Fontain were sh1t when I went to view a car, they said it was mint but it was fecking shocking. I asked if the car was ready to drive away ans the said yes, just serviced and all sorted, I saw the car and made a long list of faults. They then said that it was still to be looked at after if came in, odd wheels, odd tyres, gearbox leaking onto the floor, bits missing out the cab....... I wouldn't use them at all, still bitter about that one.

Gotta say those B8 motors are quick with a little work done to them.

Are they, though? Those DSG boxes are good, though. But would be even better in an RS3. Other than boot space, I bet there's no more room in the S4.

I heard you had a bit of a soft spot for the TTaRSe, bam.

Nice S Line. I was a fan, until I drove one (standard) – and it bored me, I then annihilated a stage two S Tronic MRC'd one twice, I really thought it would have more of an edge to 100 or so. Go drive one, you might like it. Personally, I'd keep the C5. What is making you want to change, experiencing all the new models at Silverstone given you the itch?
