Hi Mike.

you would be supprised how there in no room for movement in there, once its in its there and wont move around or bang around no more than any of the wires that are hanging in there.

You wont see the new grey connector from the front, you will see 2 ned grey clips where they lock in but you would have to be up close and looking for them to notice, as the headlight is a mirror reflector sat against the 2 grey lock in clips off the new plug you wouldnt even know it was there.

is there anyway the live and ground will come off the OEM black holder, if so then i can mod it do you plug and play into that?

Ah ok, it's been a while since I played around with my lights. I now recall the black plastic cover that you need to remove (it just unclips then pulls down). Did you mod the cancelling unit to get in it through this hole and not into the headlight unit itself? So the black box sits inside the black cover but outside the main headlight itself i.e. behing the lamp? I'd forgotten about the black cover bit and thought you were suggesting the little box is shoved into the main headlight in front of the lamp!!!
Now it makes sense (assuming I've now got it right). If this is correct, apologies for the confusion and put me down for a set if you have any left!

Not on a B7.

had an S3 a few months ago to do some lighting work on and here is how it looks in the day.



Function on a 8P S3 is different to a B7, when the xenons are on the DRL dims to 25% as I recode the car so the P21W becomes the sidelight also. Cant do this on the B7 im afraid so its only 100% and only for DRL mode.

fogs are custom for me, I had them made with darker blue glass giving it a really nice white light with NO yellow what so ever.

I am pleased with the outcome, I have H11 fit and H7 fit in this type.

They are £10 a pair, if buying separate postage is £4 or I can add them into a DRL kit and as the postage is quoted in the kit you will only pay £10.
