Thats exactly what my dad done with me when he bought a Nissan bluebird, I said I'd only go in it if he went the back roads out of our village, not down the high street.

He left me behind with my nan while they all went to the beach for the day.. !

Just to confirm this has not got heated rear seats, so no-one in the back seats should get immolated......well not by the car anyway.

So it's still going on?
I would like to know the outcome of this burning heated seats situation.
So please, if you could keep us updated, I would be very grateful.
Thanks.

Another update: (beware) burning of the heated rear seats

Post by johnny11 » Sat May 04, 2013 11:32 am

Audi uk phone me again yesterday, and they are struggling trying to get the colour Mach on the alantara. They even told me they are now going into the archive of GmbH of Audi in Gemany as the person who ordered my car from new had the Audi exclusive range and chose a exclusive colour, but to me the alancantra is really a charcoal grey colour. Don't get me wrong it's great they doing a lot had a RS5 and now a S6 to play with but, if I were a paying customer this would not be a good time to wait for a part.

I've has the s6 over a week now, still don't like it, yes its very quick but just has no charisma to it, and also have noticed a few blind spots too.

Thought I would do an update since its been a while, we'll there is no update, I've still got the S6 and it has grown on me a little, yes the engine is way too quiet, but when you do need to take off from the lights and open the windows you do seen to hear the turbos spooling. Anyway here a little pic of the S6.

3 months without the car. Without going through the whole thread again, what was actually wrong?
