Nice one fella, the drive home will be entertaining to say the least (best drive of your life).

Regarding the dual map, i agree with mike, the difference between non-sport and sport mode is very different. Sports mode is rapid. I dont hardly ever have sports mode on as its too sensitive when driving around town.

I have to agree with Mike, after the mods, you can notice the difference between sport mode and non sport mode! In sport mode, it's instant, after changing back in to normal mode, you think something is up with the accelerator, as its no where near as responsive!

I can honestly say I never felt a difference between the two, as I said I don't know if the same rules apply when the cars supercharged

You had same throttle response paul - there is a difference in the modes now on sc like na cars - although it doesnt really matter when you have foot to the floor all the time

Fantastic looking car sure it will be even better once the mods are done thinking of getting some done myself
Sorry to ask but are your tints factory fit or aftermarket?
And are your alloys powder coated a different colour

Thanks Alec

Hi Alec.

Cheers for your comments, the tints on the rear windows were a factory option and the wheels were done by Lepsons a couple of months ago, they've been painted in the Audi Titanium colour L8AU. I just put them on the car a few days back as I was running my winter wheels and noticed at the last minute that you can't dyno the car on winter tyres, seemingly they might melt!!

I get the car back today and I'll be driving back to France tomorrow, cant bloody wait!!!

Wow all credit for the long travel, and the drive home with the decats and milltek will be amazing.

Not wanting to be negative but all these people saying wow its so much difference after a map are exagerating. It will feel better and more responsive for sure.
But remapping a n/a car will never make that much difference.
But with the other mods and a good carbon clean should certainly be noticeable

Enjoy :beerchug:

Depends on what map Surely? If its a generic, yea I can understand. But a custom map to suit the mods really do have a wow factor. I dont expect a NA car to turn into a FI car and if you do then some ppl need a reality check.
