On a realistic note, don't let Audi prepare the car any further, drive it straight to a detailer now and get it sealed.
+1. Audi butchered mine before I picked it up. Tell them not to wash it, check the paint before you leave and take it to a detailer to get it preped properly, maybe with some long lasting sealant. It will be 250-400 well spent IMO.
I have spent a small fortune on my own detailing products and I will take a full day or two to do it myself. I'll treat it to a proper detail in the summer.

I have heard bad stories from Audi dealers about swirling etc. I've asked them to leave it, we will see.

+1 Doing the detailing yourself is part of the enjoyment of owning a nice car , i look foreward to doing a 2 day detail on my car and whats more it keeps me fit and saves money on gym fees.

Yes indeed. It's a pretty good spec compared to the S4. I can't help but think that from the side the S4 is nicer looking. The S5 looks more beefy from the front though.
I prefer the side view of the S4 saloon over the S5,black makes the car look more beefy.

So what's the guess on the tyres:

I reckon I'll be getting Conti's again - for the third car running. I can't make out what tyres they are in the pics.

I can't either but the A5 I had recently with the same wheels had Michelin's on it and they were good. It was a late 2012 62 plate so fingers crossed :beerchug:

That would be grand. I've got Pirellis on the S5 Cab I have and I really don't like them.

Looks like I'll be taking an RS4 out tomorrow as well which should be nice. Going to be a good day.

A lot of people don't like conti's. I prefer them to the Pirellis I have though.

Dealer agreed not to wash the car and I think they will put it in the 'handover room' which should be amusing. Got the S4 back today, what a great motor, I'm going to miss it. Really hope the S5 is better. I fear the S4 is the best for overall package. I'll report back tomorrow.

The S4 is a good all-round car and that panda interior is a superb combination ,the coupe is more sporty looking car and im sure you will enjoy it .
