Well he started at 11am but had to stop at 1.20 am due to tendon problems in his arm he slowed about 7pm and picked up the pace again at 10 o'clock, but unfortunately the pain in his arm just took over, he had to stop on 2400 it's a pity as he was on track to do it, still a very impressive amount

That's about 2398 more than I could manage. Gear effort shame about the injury. It must be gutting to train

Not too sure he's been down the hospital for a check up, he's gonna have to rest it up for a few weeks before he can even think about training again
