Anyone know these RS6s for sale?

Well it's been a while since I have owned a RS6 but now the prices have dropped so much I going to have another go. My old one cost 23k when I was on the scene :D

Looks like there are more well specced RS6 on Ebay :thumbsdown: than any other website at the minute.

So do any of you guys recognise these below?

First one was ecaine's car until he chopped it for an M5 IIRC

I don't know the 4th , but he's re-listed it due to " time wasters and dreamers"....... nothing to do with the fact it didn't reach his reserve then :bigblink:

i like the second one, the kim collins modified one.

a pre-purchase inspection would be in order anyway, and thats a lot of mods done that would need doing anyway.
I used to own a 6, now I'm just a lurker!

Forgive my thinking process ..

The owner of the second one listed claims he or she wants to upgrade to a new RS6. Not sure if that means the C6 or C7.

Can't say this advert 'reads right' .. But maybe I am wrong !

There is some punctuation. It's not all in capitals. Most of it is spelt correctly. Trust me, this is in the top 1 percentile for an ebay ad.

I am not questioning the punctuation or grammar.

I am reading between the lines.

The owner says he has owned the car for a year & now wants to get a new RS6. I think it is a bit 'fishy'.

As someone not used to viewing cars on eBay, is Pistonheads not a better site to buy & sell performance vehicles ?

I know, I was being facetious.

PH is OK. Ebay is OK. Scammers on both, dodgy cars on both. Any reason anyone gives for sale should always be taken with a huge pinch of salt.

Actually, my absolute most hated fake excuse is "Not getting used enough".
