I must say that I am totally fecking pissed to hear this..
What sort of place do we live in for this type of thing to happen.

Makes me wonder if some-one at Donington is tipping people off.. ie) to come and collect the rims.

John, I hope that you have got the police looking into this.. and if it's any consilation: I'm really gutted for you mate... The sportecs on the porsche are different - deeper dish with the spokes set further in from the rim where as the rs4/6 jobs the spokes are in line with the rim like below....

Not to mention Porsche bolt pattern (PCD) is different from Audi (5x130 for the 996 vs. 5x112 for B5-platform cars like the RS4, S4, S6, RS6, etc). In other words, RS4 fitment/application will only work on a handful of cars, Porsche not being one of them. And depending on the offset of JR's Sportecs, the number of cars they'll fit is even further limited.

I'd be watching ebay.
