Must be the style then, guess I am just a fan of rotors. Think they look the business on the B8.
Maybe you just like rotors because they are so common and can be had on pretty much every model in the Audi range!

At least v spokes are different for now but I'm sure they will end up on every special edition rep mobile in due course too !

Standing back waiting for DK to bite!

Already seen them on an A1 and the new A3 in the lkast few weeks, they are the new B7 RS4 replicas.

I'm leaning towards ordering mine with vspokes, but I'm forever cleaning the vast amount of brake dust my current B7 dumps on the wheels, and the rotor wheels will be significantly easier to scrub

I guess the alternative is to order ceramics, but £5k is a lot of money just to avoid wheel cleaning as I'm not going near a track with it to have the need for the reduced brake fade they offer

Is there not a Titan equivalent?

You could always paint them black/a darker shade

V spokes are titanium coloured so don't show the dirt too much anyway

I'm rather anal about clean wheels though, so if the generation of brake dust is anything like my B7 (fairly consistent with both new/old discs and pads), then I'll be on it at least twice a week - I do cover 15-20k a year in my daily current RS, which is obviously my daily driver

I'm a silver wheel/black car guy too, so the B8 will be the same. Not that I dislike titan or black wheels, but they're just not for me

But I think they show the dirt less than silver

Had similar situation on mrs old TT (bi - colour) and her new Porsche - they really don't look that dirty unless you wash them!

RS seems the same.

I use Nanolex professional on my alloys. Once applied (you have to clay and clean) it is good for at least 12 months and the dirt and brake dust comes off very easily, I usually just hose and wipe over with a soft sponge so might be worth a punt if you want clean wheels without too much effort.

Picking up my new to me B7 RS4 and at dealer where the first two orders being delivered
White with the smaller multi spoke rims. It just did not look special at all and was next to same spec S4 avant and from 10meters you cannot see much of a difference at all

Red with the big 10 spokes and it looked the nuts! Customer was taking delivery and had a peak inside, top interior and felt special. Sounds almost exactly the same as B7 and way better inside but the B7 just looks more aggressive

My B7 is in for a service and the nice people at Maidstone Audi let me have this for the day! I'll say a bit more in the B7 forum later on with some more pics, but no time now as I'm off out for another drive!

100 miles of Kent's finest B roads later... Quite a different experience to the B7, but I think that's probably been covered enough elsewhere and this is a picture thread!

You're right about the wheels I think...need to be 20's
