Hi Amar, :bigwave:

I agree with your assesment on the C6 RS6 versus C5 RS6 experience. The C6 RS6 is a fantastic car benefitting from the experience of the C5 RS6 'challenges'.

Your C6 RS6 mapped at 750bhp would be mental.

I also agree with Fatneck :bigwave: on the C5 RS6 having the better 'nascar type V8"exhaust note, although the RS6 on full song screams. However at this point, I find myself concentrating on hanging onto the steering wheel and scenery flashing by to have the time to ponder the symphonic quality of the exhaust note at 6000+ rpm!

I may try a miltek or supersprint or ramspeed or MRC secondary cat delete or bypass valve after primary cat exhaust system next. UGR twin turbo Lambo exhaust note is quite something, but a little over the top for the street and Mr. Plod. http://www.motorward.com/2012/09/ugr-la ... rter-mile/

By the way, and before I go out for a drive on my favourite road. I just have to say, I cannot believe how much better the C6 is versus the C5. I know that's a sweeping statement, but I'll go into more detail later. Agree, V8 rumble will be missed, only until I change gear it and does that 'thing' with the exhaust. Amazing.

RS 6 V10 - Thoughts So Far

And Amar, the car is VERY loud
From inside it really won't sound it. The C6 is well insulated anyway but LOON has double gazing, so is very well insulated.

Get someone to boot it up the road with you stood on the pavement and you will not believe how loud it is

Great sound also

when I put it on Goodwood I got warned for noise and had to shortshift up the paddock straight (but got 160out of it on the back straight...that's when you need ceramics!)

DK - I had someone drive it away and back, sounds awesome. Does the secondary car delete mean it passes an MOT and from underneath Audi are none the wiser?

Few photos I got today.

Wow 757bhp what extra mods have you have done to get over 720? That seems to be where everyone gets stuck at.

Do you know what boost you are running?

I am away to remove my main cats (cheap and easy) and some sort of stainless exhaust, and get it remapped again. Looked into removing the pre cats but just too much work for a small ish gain. £1500 for 20bhp is just not worth it.

PS. Love the car and the colour. I like stealth mode

Perfect.

I'm not sure, Paul. It dyno'd at 757, though, similar spec ones recently dyno'd at around 730PS though so who knows. I'm going down to MRC on Tuesday to drop some documents for my C5 plus off, maybe I'll see if the dyno is free? Either way, whatever the figures it's frighteningly fast.
