Yep, i think you should go back to the stealer. We've had our car 4 weeks RS4 Avant, one owner, 24k, FASH, sold to us pristine after their so called checks. 2 weeks after we got it, clutch began to fail, they replaced FOC, dropped the car back, following day bad oil leak from radiator, so they took it back and rectified that. So far saved us £3800.

I have had / am having an almost identical experience. The 145 point check is worthless. So far I have had new front discs & pads, new back box, clutch return pipe, new cup holder, numerous attempts to fix the TPMS... Going back tomorrow for more work and looks like it may need a clutch. All within 5 months and 5k miles!
