Looks great. Love the Sepang and glad I went for it too. I also felt the arches were lost on the white demo up our way.
Re: Some (still bad) pics of my new RS4
Looks cracking, however im still not sold on the chrome honeycomb grill.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Hi James535dboy wrote:Hi Folks
I've now done 600 miles (which means I can now rev to 7k!) having done a trip to the inlaws family farm. Unfortunately this resulted in the car becoming caked in mud and probably worse (cattle farm!)

Great looking car, I bet you're super happy with it
Out of interest, who told you to only rev it to 7k etc in the first miles of its life ?
I had a demonstrator for 24hrs recently and it only had 300 miles on the odo when I picked it up
At the time, I asked the RS guy in the dealer who told me all the RS model engines are run in on the dyno before going in the car, so no need to watch the revs
I've not put my order in for mine. I've never been so torn on a decision before in my life

I will definitely order one, but just not sure whether to run my B7 for one more year and use the 1 years 'no new car' costs to top up the 997t piggy bank a bit

Re: Some (still bad) pics of my new RS4
Hi Graeme.
The manual states the running in methods and it is the most comprehensive I've seen!
I got the same gumph from the Porsche dealer when we got that but manual states different
I'm not nannying it but by the same account haven't given full throttle or red lined it yet but I'm taking it around to 7k now, it's enough
Yes very happy with it so far
