I've waited 2 weeks to pick it up because of work and after 1 and a half hours of driving it's off the road :(

It would seem loads of owners have had clutch and flywheel done at similar mileages. They seem marginally worse than the S4. I was surprised your Noggy AMD S4 never needed a clutch, mine was done at 63k!

Indy isn't sure of the problem - they spoke to someone at Audi who have pointed towards the clutch return pipe.

Will get that done and go from there.

My old noggy S4 is still on the same clutch. Think a lot is down to how cars are driven.
Current: MK7 Golf R, Lapiz Blue 5 dr
Gone and missed: 2006 Sprint Blue B7 RS4 Avant. Non res valved Milly.
Gone: B6 S4. Noggy BLue. AMD Stage 3 (Milteck Res, Sports Cats, AMD Chip, Piper Cross Air Filter) ECS Drilled/Slotted Rotors, EBC Red Stuff Pads.

I've spoken to 3 seperate mechanics I know and when I have mentioned the clutch peddle stuck to the floor, the first thing they have all said is master or slave cylinder have popped, hence the loss of pressure to return the pedal,

Mine was collected yesterday afternoon by a transmission specialist so waiting to hear diagnosis...

Granted, under normal circumstances I would agree.
However I believe with the B7 RS4 its a specific issue and is related to a component in the clutch assembly wearing and then catching preventing the clutch returning.
Plenty of people have had the master and slave cylinders replaced with no improvement.

Interesting, has no one found the specific component that is causing this then?

Does this mean if either or both the cylinders are replaced this will happen again?

Well had my car back just under a week now. The Audi specialist I bought it from picked it up, put in new clutch and flywheel and delivered it back all FOC, excellent service! :beerchug:
The only thing I'm not sure about is when you push the clutch peddle down it doesn't realease back straight away.Is this a quirk with the RS4 clutch, or just something that's a bit sticky and needs lubricating?
There's no slippage when changing gear but even when your not in gear, if you push clutch and release quickly it just takes that split second to spring back...maybe a design to stop knackering the clutch on fast take-offs???

Anyone elses clutch like this?
