Just looking at those pics and looking out the window at my RS4, I can't help by feel the blistered arches on the B7 flow better with the design of the car whereas the B8 are quite square / boxy, almost bolt on and are a bit at odds with some of the fluid lines like the roof line, mid crease and light clusters. Some may call that purposeful of course.

No denying it has arches though.

Just IMO of course.

Here is a similar angle of the red one I photographed at Geneva.

With the red the arches just don't stand out as much.

I'm not sure that the arches show as well on that red car, seems to be better on the slightly darker colours, like the sepang

No doubt it has arches but they look weedy to me and appear to be there for the sake of being there rather than to widen the stance/make it look more aggressive.

Wow, I still think Sepang looks the best, I thought the multi V spokes were 'the wheels' but it looks like a monster there on rotors
