Turbos from Loba certainly are an option but I would be partly be going under Doug's guidance on that one and also belooking at getting my own custom hybrids made up like I have done before with the scoobs, subject to the characteristics being more/less desirable to me than what is on the market. With this beast I would prebably defer to those in the know.

The 4.2T needs a larger hotside. Full stop. Fix that problem and 600PS+/900Nm+ is your oyster, otherwise, a stage 3 with a Level10 GB is a waste of cash.

Right, I have spoken to our contact at TPS and he is still more than happy to provide the best price he can for C6 calipers/pads and have them delivered to my friend that lives in their catchment area. From there I can get them collected, sent to me here and arrange shipping to the intended recipients. Ginge has been sent the info and can go from there.

TPS are not supposed to sell to the public at all, hence not naming names etc on here.

Approx prices as of today, up a smidge from when I ordered mine:

Left Caliper: 4F0 615 107 - qty 1 - £385 INC
Right Caliper: 4F0 615 108 - qty 1 - £385 INC
Pads: 4F0 698 151H - qty 1 - £210.83 INC
Fitting kit: 4F0 698 269B - qty 2- £68.08 INC - Shouldn't be needed as I got fitting kits in the boxes with each caliper. I have a spare set of fitting kits as a result, couldn't be bothered to return them.

Shipping within their coverage area is free so no charge for that.

If I have at least a vague idea who you are then I don't mind acting as shipping pimp for you, you will just need to pay for Parcel2Go etc charges from here to you once whatever you get, gets to you.

Just to be clear, I am not making a dime on any of this, just offering to help others out.

Nick.

No problem, when you contact him, just double check that he still has the correct shipping address, otherwise I will mail it over to you when I ask Jamie what it is again! I don't think that "1, The Sticks, Middle Of Nowhere", will do the job somehow...

PA110020 - Copy.JPG
I had to make a minor alteration to the spring clips due to the very close tolerances but all sorted and being fitted as I type this :)

/EDIT - A couple of pics showing the setup fitted - http://forum.rs246.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 25#p552192

Stunning! Excellent work. The calipers look fantastic. I was dubious at first, but think you make a good decision. Can't wait to see them on the car!

Sadly there is a little blemishing on the lacquer on the calipers as they rushed it a touch when I told them not to and someone put a caliper face side-down on something before the lacquer had fully cured, mullering the finish.

I was standing holding the caliper today while the Detailer was polishing out the damage. There was a fellow nerd there with a Red S2 that was enquiring as to whether the big black beast sitting there being detailed was going to ADI or not. No bloody idea who he was but he will be there too.

Luke, just catching up on work after having to take an emergency 1/2 day. Will email through the pictures of what was discussed this morning in due course.
