Daytona Grey RS4

Post by westernisles » Fri Sep 07, 2012 8:55 am

Here are a few pics guys of the B7 I bought last month. 43k miles, FASH in excellent condition. The only problem I have found so far is that it is hard to resist driving with the window down and the sport button on, awesome sound these things make 8)

And two RS's almost 30 years age gap between them 8)

You've got that problem too? - from what I understand, it affects pretty much every RS4, and Audi have never issued a recall for it.... :biggrin3:

Looking at your pics, don't get me wrong, I love my RS4, but your 2000 is waaayyyy more cool - boyhood icon for many of us - very nice!

Very nice, good colour choice. Thought you were Scotland by the background in the pictures.

Nice Scort.

Mines is doing ok but in need of a little TLC as I am pretty sure I have a vacum fault . . . . although the car scanned clear when I recently checked with VCDS. I'll get that looked at and then later on I'll see where i stand once i sort out my current situation and it may pay a visit to MRC in the future. Old girl indeed, its younger than yours but is racking up the miles having just passed 77K. Its had a few spirited drives over the lecht to Inverness in recent months.

Does this mean the X3 has been replaced by the RS4 or is the X3 still Kathleen's car?
