I got these http://www.carparts-tuning.co.uk/en/Sus ... 09-02.html

You can go a bit cheaper and get non adjustable (hardness) ones but that seemed a bit more of a gamble.
B7 RS4 saloon Misano red, comfy seats, JHM tune & JHM full exhaust with cats and resonators - gone.
C5 RS6 Avant Daytona/Cognac - gone.
981 Cayman GTS Gray/Orange.

Decided against the car, it's cheap for age and mileage but needs £500 spent on wheels and bodywork then other niggly bits not to mention coilvers! BUT spoke to a master tech I know and he knows the car, gearbox leak has been spotted and also an engine oil leak, advised to walk away sadly but means I will still have a home in 6 mths put it that way. Gutted!!!!! Thought it was a winner.

Did spot a clean RS4 sitting at 440bhp for £10k on piston heads though

Sounds a wise decision my friend - sometimes walking away is the more corageous way to go. I bought with my eyes open and will have spent very nearly the same as I paid just to get it to the mechanical spec I wanted!

What about Doug's car - vey high spec, £9900, and guaranteed to have been well cared for??

Stunning car but I need an Avant as expecting in February. The RS4 I have seen looks like a good one. Going to see it next week to see whats what. Unless another 6 comes up. Gutted but i'm not getting involved with the box and an oil leak

you're right Shop, that is a bargain, liking the brake upgrade on it too!
I used to own a 6, now I'm just a lurker!
