Will def be amazing when you have those on. Brembos max discs and DS2500 will be good. As you know thats what im running on the clio and they was pretty amazing on track even with stock fluid. Eat money can buy too, get change out of 180quid for the lot :)

No not at all, much rather have a big one in a car with a cage and harness.

Have you taken the Ibuprofen as suggested.....

oh yes, ibuprofen every 4 hours religiously! - i think its helping, but i did an hours weights circuits too yesterday to try and keep things moving - off for a surf today if the wind and rain dies down a bit(!) - am prettty sure its just strained muscles in my neck and top of my back.

Those harnesses are superb, but I'm going to look into a HANS device as I know that would have prevented almost all neck / back strain.

I have one of those neck braces, there a good alternative to a HANS device( and a lot cheaper).

Glad your feeling better mate, lets hope the surf is on ;)

Interesting pic!

Exciting, BUT looking through all of the ones of mine, I am now convinced that my washing out issue with the front left (not the reason for the crash, I hasten to add!) was front dampers being too soft, and tyre pressures too low - need to get a tyre temp guage for next time! Though I'm also wondering if the springs need to be stiffer..

With my old suspension setup and the correct tyre pressures at Snetterton, it wasnt rolling anything like as much as this, and did the turns much more comfortably. I dont think its an issue with the Spax RSX, just adjustment. Need to find an equivalent pic of your car Sonny to see if you are getting as much compression as this...

Hmmm could be mate. Im running 8 clicks from soft ( - ) - ->>> - - ( + ) and 32psi HOT all round.

My suspension is a lot higher than yours, 30mm from bottom thread to bottom helper plate on the coilover ( i had to use this as my road and drive are not level).

-1 degree camber rear wheels and I think -1/2 degree camber front.

16mm hubcentric spacers all round.

Im really happy with that set up it worked well. Maybe dropping the pressures to 31 or 30 on the fronts might be the only adjustment.

nice vid!

Wasnt even a ruddy Caterham proper - that was a kit car and he had no idea of lines or etiquette - hence I waited for you, then he slowed down more! :bash:
