Good to meet all again, few of my snaps. They are unedited and a little dark, but perfectly acceptable. Roll on Audi Driver in October.

Big thanks to Clavin at Audis in the Park for putting together a fantastic show.

The weather was most certainly on our side today, my head is like a beetroot.

A big thanks to everyone that turned up for the RS246 stand and a special thanks to Gavla for getting the ball rolling.

It was good to meet new and old faces.

Also a BIG thanks to Audi-Sport.net for putting on the free BBQ. Top effort lads :beerchug:

Here are some random pics I took, I hope these pics give a feeling as to what the day was like esp for those that have not been.

Enjoy

Ha ha I hate the header tank lol I topped it up with g23 plus I think it was the comcetrate literally just put a splash in it and it's decided to bleach it bright pink straight away even removed it again and tried to power wash it out. I need a new one lol.

Cheers for the pics :biggrin3:

Some really great photos there  - thanks for everyone who turned up and support RS246. It was good to meet some familiar faces from the MK meet and also some of the regulars on here :D. All in all I think the day was successful. I’m looking forward to more of the same.

Next stop Audi Driver International? http://www.audidriverinternational.co.uk/ :kissmyrings:

Cheers, Gavla
:beerchug:

P.S. I have the RS246 banner and can send it back up to Grizz or am happy to hold onto it until it's needed just let us know.

We need to make sure there is an RS246 stand and dedicated track session at ADI, happy to help if it needs organising!

Great shots, Sonny.

Gavla, thanks for giving us the push to get an RS246 stand together. I'm up for ADI, get a fresh thread going and count me
in.
PhilT - Can we get some fancy RS246 flags. All the other forums have them. :P

It's about time for RS246 to start having some presence at meets again.

Thanks - enjoyed the sunny day - although forgot sun-cream so am looking like a flaming lobster now ;-)

Yes it would be good to get some teardrop flags like the other Audi clubs - It would certainly help us stand out a bit from a distance ;-) I’m happy to chip in if we’re going to do more meets.

Yes ADI looks like a good day - definitely up for tracking my car as well as being on the stand - will probably do a Club MSV day session before this with my mate who is a regular at Bedford Autodrome - I have heard this has plenty of run offs and is a forgiving track ;-)

http://www.audidriverinternational.co.uk/ - apparently we can get discounted sessions as a club so might be worth exploring this if there's enough interest.

Apparantely, it was standard 2 weeks ago!

In that time, he's done air ride, interior and wheels! That's some quick work!

I agree. I turned up and was looking for an RS246 flag but couldn't see one so just parked on the end as you drive in.

It was only just as I was about leave to I saw Niils then spotted the banner on the floor.

Sonny, thanks for photos, you managed to get one of mine (black one with dark grey wheels with a silver TT parked behind it).
Although I couldn't stay long cos I had the baby with me it was still an enjoyable few hours (and the little un slept the whole time).
