I suggest you post on as many car forums as you can.....them seats in that colour are as rare as rocking horse <beep>.....you can have a lot of people looking out for them that way?

I suggest itl be some "veedubbers" MK4 golf or similar they will end up in??

Hope you get sorted out with insurance etc etc..

On a separate note i bet they aint cheap to replace???..Audi Exclusive??

They did it by the side of the road, a busy road at that. It did get a trip on th elow loader to the repairers though. Which was also useful because Tracker called an hour later to sat it had been moved without the key being in it so that's £150 a year well spent

Not sure on the cost, the insurance company are going to flip when they see the price, I'm guessing Audi will want upwards of £2.5k for those bad boys in that colour as I've never seen another one with the tan buckets, the other bits the took/damaged are fairly standard so shouldn't be too bad.

My insurance excess is £150 and the NCB is protected so it's not too painful for me other than the massive inconvenience

I was in Audi Finchley Road last week and this had happened to another RS4 they had in.

The guy told me it came to £3600 per seat for all components without labour. Was surprised how high this was.

That's shocking fella, I can't imagine how upset you feel. As they're so rare however, I'd be optimistic that they'll turn up somewhere local to you. We're all keeping our eyes peeled.....

I'vwe tried this, there are none locally, it's also annoying not knowing what time it happened as it's a one way street so there must be a camera somewhere further down the road but without knowing a time it's impossisble to guess when to look out for the bastards
