Ah, I was bored so had a look on there and found these. I'm over in the us of a in Sept so if people want some bringing back I will do so. They seem to be starting a group buy over there. Think they are $300 which to me seems a lot of money but I am a tight arse

Wouldn't be any cheaper here, I think. Not without producing large numbers of them.

Is there a link for those that want to tart up their base model steering wheels?

whats all the fuss about, i quite like the standard ones.

if i was to change them, i'd rather put the money towards a new flat bottom steering wheel with the new paddles.

"elephant ears". Brilliant. That's exactly what it looks like with the 3 spokes, the bottom one being the trunk.

Chunky - were these bolt on or do they replace the standard ones?

I might be interested if RT-chap might make some in carbon fibre.

What's the fascination with carbon fibre?!?! These bits weight less than a bird's fart already, it's not like we're loading straw onto a donkey. Carbon fibre has invaded everything, it's like a bonafide colour now. I was ordering something the other day and I swear there was a list of colours and there it was, an option for CF that cost a tenner more than the others, yet looked cheaper. WTF?
However, and this has just occurred to me, it is the fastest 'colour' by its very nature.

While I don't have a problem with the OE paddles, I think due in part to having gibbon-like hands/fingers (useful for many, many things ;) )I wouldn't say no to a "well shaped pair" in carbon. However, if all goes according to plan the beast will soon be sporting a V10 RS6 wheel. I figured that I am too tall to headbutt the steering wheel should the bag(s) not deploy....
