RS4 B7 Avant £16000

Post by weenie » Sun Jan 08, 2012 1:22 am

2006 56 Reg Black B7 RS4 Avant 47k, Sadly listed as a CAT D.

I have owned the car for the last 2 years and coverd 20k miles in it with no problems, yes it is a CAT D damaged repaired but the price reflects this. Car drives 100% perfect. Please use link below for more information. Please do not bother to leave any negative replies on this thread.

Thanks for looking,

Ed

Agree though.

Mate a few lines about the damage would be better so we all know whay exactly was damaged and pics would help as well of damage.

Unfortunately I am unable to say where the damage was as it was repaired before I purchased the car. For my piece of mind I took the car to my Local Audi Deal before purchasing it for them to do a check over the car. This cost me £190, I still have the report which found no structural or no serious problems.

With me owning the car for the last 2 years and covering 20k in it I would hope this would help someone looking to buy the car feel assured any problems which could arise from repair would have been apparent to me in this time. During the my ownership of the car it has not been raced or rallied by a boyracer. I have used it as a weekend car as a much needed estate for Climbing, Mountainering, Mountain bikeing and Snowboarding hoobbies. I have covered many long distance trips to Scotland and the Alps, and most weekends to North Wales. The car has driven like a dream for me and is a shame for me to have to sell it.

Please feel free to call me if you are intrested in the car.

Well I tried to arrange for the vehicle to go for an inspection as I can't view personally due to distance reasons and the seller wouldn't allow it...... Was very keen too. :(

Why? Was it off to Audi or an Indy? Not enough security for the seller?

Any number of reasons, so might pay to explain so is fair to both parties.

I said "I am seriously interested in the car but can't view it, would you be willing to drop it in to your local Audi Dealer at my cost to have it inspected"
He said "No mate, cheers, bye."

Phone went dead......

So he's got nothing to hide and he isn't in a hurry to sell, what's wrong with that? I'm sure he has his reasons though...

Well if the topic starter reads the thread, I am very interested, would just like an inspection done. Exactly as you had done before you bought the car.
