hm, will try that - mine are completely stuck. Tried one can of wd40 - no result. :)
I also checked but there is no vaccum leak because of the disconnected hoses - i plugged it up and there is no leak.

My flaps are the opposite. Really lose and rattle on occasions, a bit like the wife's :-) I am ALWAYS in 'S' mode though.

I had no intention of going down the Milly route but may 'have to' now

worth a vac check - the springs are fairly hefty so shouldn't rattle unless either theres a vac problem or perhaps a hinge bracket type thing has broken. if it's on occasions then I'd lean towards the vac leak.

People are always selling standard exhausts cheap,less than 150 so may be worth trying one of those first,or even off
a member who can vouch for it working properly.

But i vote for a milly :bigblink:
