Thanks guys, I'll try that as have 14 days to cancel. Just got the car back from Unit 20, I'm so glad to have it back. Martin has done a top job, everything put together as it should, intercoolers all brand new looking and it no longer bleeps service when I start her up, the best thing though, Martin didn't find anything wrong on the health check. I expected an oil leak/maf or DV here or there but no, the car is perfect and got the thumbs up. Got just over 19 mpg on the way home via the M6 toll. Love this car, and the thunderous noise. Very happy.

Admiral covered mine with all mods declared for £395 i'm only a little older than Amar honest. :assflash:
My had to insure the car for a few months when I couldn't, it cost £319! :assflash:

What is it, an LS Gen III or Gen IV?
I dunno what that is, it's a Mustang about the only notable car on the list. I've got a meeting with Almao who we have contract with to supply hire cars to our customers in the US. Going to see if they have anything better.

19mpg...you must have been booting it..with my heavy foot I usually get 24-26mpg on the motorway...makes up for the almost constant 14.7mpg around the town...glad it's all sorted AMAR

Had a few blasts, just went for a drive now then realised the fuel light was on and my wallet at home, engine was still warm so I didn't need to wait as long as usual before giving it some. It is just insanely quick, I'd say it feels quicker then before, had the windows open the whole time even though it's freezing, the sports exhuast is spot on.

Went to an S8 meet a few days ago, one of the owners kid made a video of me driving off. The standard plus exhaust is actually quite good as this video will demonstrate.

Thanks guys, I made another video last night to show you how good the stock sports exhuast actually is. It sounds better in person but this gives you an idea, especially if you have decent speakers.

I'd love a milly eventually, but yesterday when I got in I was parked on the drive for a few mins letting the car cool down before switch off and my mum had a big stress at me, said it sounded like a helicopter had landed in the house and woken her up and she sleeps on the other side of the house lol.

Apart from that, nothing else to report really. I'm about to hit 39k miles, and it has been very reliable. I know Cfdoc has had a few issues/niggles with his and he bought his about the same time as me, but mine is just perfect in every way, I want the alternator to go so I can get it out of the way as that will piss me off going at the wrong time.

Left it parked up for three days in a car park on Park Lane, central London. Loads of Phantoms, Bentleys and Lambos there, the '6 fitted right in though.
