Getting in and out of it??

I'm a newbie to the forum having owned my RS for just 6 weeks.
Loving the ownership experience, but I'm having a bit of trouble working out how to get in and out of it.
I've got the cool RS buckets and cant seem to get in and out without feeling like I'm going to break the seats.
what's the technique?
Is it arse/head/legs first?
