Nice Spec Avant -but what price?

This spec is pretty much my 'ideal' . . (apart from privacy glass -never been a fan)

Typically, I'd put my search on hold for a while, 1. because values seem to be going through 'an adjustment period' (i.e. dropping a bit more sharply at present), and 2. I dont need to buy in the near future, so thought I'd wait til new year....

..but now this one appears . .

, but what's it worth really ?
