Yes maybe. Is it more difficult to lower the chassis with those (Kumho) tyres?
In comparison with the 255/35/18 tyres they make more noise, i think thats also related to the increase in width and diameter...but i think certain tyres make more noise than others.
They are all 3,5 bar with nitrogen filled...

Did you mean 255/40/18?
The 275/30/19 are very low profile so are stretched to the edges of the rim. The overall dimensions would be about the same as 255/35/19. There are calculators that will give you the exact dimensions. I don't think they'll rub, but you'll soon find out
