Nope not done the GP, they only ever opent he GP track 4 times a year, and I kept missing them due to work. Its on my "to do list".

You ever done Cadwell? I want to go back there in the Summer.

Never done Cadwell, don't know if I will make it there this year. The Mini gets trailered everywhere so it would be a two night stay for me to do Cadwell, I would rather do Donington.

Did Brands GP last year on a session track day, I will never do a session one again out of our seven sessions three were red flagged after less than two laps for the whole twenty minutes. £450 for eighty minutes. When we pointed this out to MSV the answer was that's the luck of the draw.

That's a joke, one of the main reasons I never do sessions, only Open pit. Where in Kent are you? Im in Bromley, and overnight at Cadwell the night before, its like a 3 hour drive, so can be done with a 1 overnight. Do you track the mini all the time or the RS4? Cadwell is really good!

Donington too is on my lists to do.

I pm my address on the 28th March, the Mini is my track toy having spent £6000 over the winter getting it sorted for the new season and some upgrades to the brakes, engine and suspension. I don't think I will ever track the RS4 though. I do like to be a safe as possible and like the security of a full FIA roll cage. The Mini will be going on slicks this year too. Its nowhere near as fast as the RS4 but under brakes and in the corners it is very sweet. Its not my time that is an issue its my friend based in Essex who looks after the Mini who takes it to the circuits he has a busy garage and is hard for him to take too many days out of his working week.
