Milltek around SW London

Post by Greg66 » Tue Jun 14, 2011 12:16 am

Can anyone recommend a reputable and good Milltek supplier and fitter around SW London (or a bit further afield if not)?

Ta.

I had the same search as you did, I had Russell Automotive Centre (Website is something like RAC-london.co.uk or the like) supply and fit my Milltek on my old B6 and they were great and also very competitive. They have also just fitted my self supplied Milltek to the RS, again no hassle and were nice guys as usual. I have no affiliation with them, they did exactly what they said they would do with a smile.

Only downside they are NW London (I live in SW London) but if you can drive up early on a Saturday morning they will fit it while you wait.

How far SW?

There's always AMD Technik in Woking.. talk to Simon, they are very helpful and reasonably priced.

Mnay thanks for the recommendations. I have plumped for AMD, mainly because I can combine it with a trip to the god son, which dampens down the domestic hoo-hah over this. Booked in weekend after next. Might eventually get round to doing the ARB after that.

Do you have a B6 or B7?

If you are going for an 22mm B7 RS4 Rear ARB.. is worth checking what is on the car first, as my B7 already had one on!

i looked a right tit getting http://www.jtechautomotive.co.uk/ to order me one in, have them take the old one off, only to realise they were the same

On second thought, I would defo have the rear arb done while they have the exhaust off... makes it just so much easier
