We are trying to organise a large meet at the height of the summer in a popular tourist area on a special weekend - methinks we need to firm up asap.

Just had a nice chat with Irene at the hotel. They can cater for 25+ cars easily and they can also feed their occupants, singly or en masse, around 2pm. They have a booked function at 4.30 but we should be well gone by then.

there will be more than 25 ppl going. at the Kent meets we have around 10/15 cars and always end up having close to 20. If we do get 20 cars you can bet there will be at least 30/35 ppl there.
