I've been the last 3 yrs running. Brilliant time. Camped at Beausejour which was fine. Travel down early Thursday, and come back either late Sunday or during Monday.

Have decided not to go this year, as I'm doing The Ring at Easter and The Ring and Spa in October.

You'll love it...

I'm going again on the Wednesday and staying at Beausejour (Porsche Curves) and come back Monday.

Luckily I'm taking clients (again) so it's all expensed :-)

The Pistonheads trip is supposed to be really well run.

Heading over early Friday morning (chunnel). Would be good to meet up with others for the run down.

We will be there, staying off site again this year as fed up with the crap facilities.

Would be good to meet up and have some beers?

Sonny - if you plan on watching practice laps you'll need to get there earlier than you think. I think last year they finished at about 10pm Thursday?

OK, are they doing practise laps on the Friday?

Either way not really bothered if I miss it or not, just going to start the drinking early.

Most of us are self employed so heading over Friday morning and coming back Monday morning.

We did the Renham 24hr race for my stag do nearly 2 years ago now and it was incredible! The road trip was almost as good as the race. 7 Berth long wheel base transit, flat out at 95 in the outside lane of the Autobahn, 6 lads on board, full of beer from Calais playing xbox in the back! :biggrin3:
