Since it was a brilliant day outside had to go out for a quick blast in the country and stop for pictures... of the car!! :oops:

Sprint Blue paintwork still amazes me at giving different hues dependent on which angle you look at it from.

Yes normally the British skies compliment Daytona Grey, the worm has definitely turned for Sprint Blue :notworthy:

Looking good P-G. I like most of the RS4 colours but I absolutely love sprint blue, its the colour I was after when I started my search for an RS4 Avant. I almost bought a mint 8500 mile car from an ex forum member on here,- then the White one came up....
Current;
Porsche 997.1 GT3RS. Pure Orange, ceramics, etc, Sharkwerks exhaust
BMW 2002 restomod; Turbo body kit, S14 M3 Evo engine and lots more

Previously enjoyed;
Ibis White B7 RS4 Avant : TTS Supercharged 615ps/614 nm
Subaru Impreza 22B
Noble M400
TVR 400SE
Lotus Sunbeam Avon

Very nice indeed. Have you got any interior shots?

I'm keen to know how you're getting on with the seats following the refurb work.

Cheers for all the comments. I'll see if I can take shots at the weekend of the interior. Some of the crease marks have returned but it is still matt in look rather than shiney leather which afflict nappa with regular usage.

AAS did a great job on the back boxes sonny and the valves work and the audible sound between open and closed is notable. Can sound raspy when cold and it is being overfuelled but when the engine is up to temp and on optimum fuelling it really comes into its own. I think even Revolution thought it sounded good (or he was being diplomatically nice! :bigblink:); he certainly didn't try and sell me a Milltek replacement anyway!

Graeme I agree, thats one thing I hate about the Milltek, you cant beat the OEM look. +10000000 better the Perfect job. I bet it took them a while to get it right?

The x-pipe was done already on a previous installation so in reality the whole cat back pipe / back box / tip fabrication and installation took about 4-5 hours from scratch. I dropped the car off at 8.30am and it was ready by 2pm.

They are good at what they do and I was there a couple of days ago picking up my skimmed discs and they were intalling a new exhaust to a (IIRC) GT2 class Scuderia, lovely car.
