Well spotted.

At the start it says a 1 owner car and at the bottom its a 2 owner car

Perhaps the front half is one owner and the rear is two owner

How can it be one owner if it's cat D?
It would have been written off, auctioned off and entered the trade.
it's not being sold as a trade car so it has to be private, thus 2 owners.
