Re: Which wheel dilema
Right so assuming we go for the SPortec which tyre
It appears the choices available are Pirelli P7000 or Toyo's
Anyone any ideas?

Re: Which wheel dilema
Johneroberts,
DON'T PUT THE Pirelli P7000, ITS A VERY BAD TIRE FOR ALL THE EXPERIENCE I HAD PREVIOSLY. BEFORE MY RS4 I USED TO HAVE A S4 THAT CAME WITH THOSE TIRES, 235/45 R17 AND I HAD TO CHANGE ALL OF THEM BECAUSE LITTLE BUMPS CAME AT THE SIDE OF THE TIRES.

Re: Which wheel dilema
Zeke,
im interested to know what happened I have no other alternative , except the Toyos Proxies, which im not so sure about
But its the only tyre that will be easily available for me within the next few days.
Cheers

Re: Which wheel dilema
I wouldn't worry about the Toyos, S1 Proxes are well used by a variety of high performance cars. Go well on AWD cars like Evo's and Scoobys and 93Y load rating is same as everyone else. Also very clearly state that they will fit 10" rims, almost all the others said 'should' fit. Well respected tyre - I'm happy with it.

Those pirelli P7000 whenever you hit something, like a speed bump or a potwhole, the tire suffer and create a bump on the side wall
