Tuned S4 avant
1970 MG midget totally sorted with tuned 200BHP VVC engine, S6 brakes, Limited Slip Diff, and it weighs 650KG with driver. Good for humiliating M3's and similar.
What other "toys" do you have?
RE: toys
Great little track toy that, I had the pleasure of driving a Clio around the Ring, great little cars, I have toyed with the idea of having a Clio as a track car myself.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar
Re: RE: toys
apart from long uphill straights, the car is perfect for the track. Doesn't quite have the raw power to really stretch its legs i.e. top speed - but twisty circuits are a perfect match for the grip.Steve_C wrote:Looks good rs32![]()
Am thinking of getting something similar myself. In hindsight, would you get a Clio again for track use? Is yours road legal?
I would definitely recommend them - it's road legal but I wouldn't use it on the road now due to the camber and toe settings - on B roads it tries to follow both camber directions which gets a bit interesting !!
great little car, even without all the prep on mine they are so much fun.

RE: Re: RE: toys
Sounds good - I prefer the twisty circuits (e.g. Oulton) to the airfield circuits (e.g. Snetterton) so sounds like its the sort of car for me.
Re road legal - I was only thinking in terms of driving to the circuits rather than the hassle of towing etc.
