Looking to upgrade to having some nav but are there any good aftermarket products available or is it oem all the way?

I don't know how good it is but I have been looking at one of these as it includes proper a2dp (stereo bluetooth music from my phone)+ tv + subwoofer out as well as nav

I am also considering fitting one of the many genuine 2010 RNS-E that are for sale on ebay but I need to verify if the new RNS can do stereo bluetooth as the ones from the RS4 can`t

I have the newer version of this, just trying to have time to dismantle the car and fit it. Slightly smaller than the hole so need facia adaptor plus some wiring bits as well

Does it fit in the rs4? I was told by the company who fitted my tracker and hands free that my sat nav wouldn't fit and that my car couldn't support a nav plus my hands free does that make any sense to anyone?

I haven't tried yet but I believe it should as it's a double din, it's just all the adaptors to use the oem sat nav fitting that might be a pain but I think they are available. I just don't have time to do it yet
