They're not the same part numbers. There are 2 different ones listed for the RS6 (one is lightweight I seem to remember grizz saying). For the S6 there are loads. Doesn't mean they won't fit though. They could be in metal though.

Cheers mate.

I would be worried about fitting an S6 one then as it may fit but may create cooling issues.

Yes. The RS6 one has got special slats in it, and also cut outs to create a venturi effect for the intercooler cowling, now I think about it... Best to stick to the RS6 version.

4B3 863 821C or D depending on whether:

Option code 1SA Without Additional Engine Guard
Option code 1SB Additional Engine Guard

Check you service book to see whether you're 1SA or 1SB and let us know :)

How are people losing their undertrays? :|

Mine just got a crack from a bloody car park ramp! Now hanging down.....

Ruined my dinner, I'm in a foul mood....

Interesting.... Last time I had mine off did not look like it had any extra guard for the engine!

Zombie post...

Bad news about the damage. Still, could have been the sump - happened to a friend and it killed his engine.

The option code descriptions are somewhat lacking in detail and / or precision sometimes. To be taken with a pinch of salt.

Probably looking at about £120 new. You might be able to find a second hand one.
