Another great day out on Saturday accompanied by Outtlaw.

The M4 was quite busy at one point - probably 40 - 60 high performance Audi's all within 400 meters of each other :)

Plenty of time on the track, but not many other B7's - so it was a little quieter...

The only other face from RS246 was SR71 - nice meeting once again.

One of the surprises tho', is that Audi UK didn't 'show-off' the new RS5 on the track. It was only used near the end of the day.

it wasnt Audi UK there, is was a franchised dealer, Sailbury Audi ... and so its not in their interest to show it off (or write it off !)

also, whats up with B7 owners ? never seem to get involved in these things in great numbers ... I remember at the MRC rolling road day I was the only B7 there

You are all the wrong end of the country to me and ADI falls on the day / after my daughter's birthday so no chance of me getting anywhere near it.

Yeah good to see you Mac...nice wheels!

:thumb:

Good day out.

That RS5 @ £67K is just not an attractive proposition.

If I'd got my PSS9's + Stern control arms and Dymags fitted I'd have been on the track myself.

I was on my way back from holiday that day and couldn't choose another week to go away other I would have been there.
Looking at the pics elsewhere on the web there was a Sprint Blue B7 Avant with orange wheels there on track which looked different

There was also a silver saloon on track which there is a video of and when it came to what sounded best it was the B7 that won according to that thread
