Help! Intercooler hose?

No problem, I did suspect it was just a hose from the start due to obvious noise from that area.
Symptoms were far more extreme than I had thought though, so it was a bit of a concern.

Good news for all on here is that (just ocassionally) there is a cheap fix when something breaks, and as symptoms of blown hose seem to vary widely, it is good to make all aware of just how much effect this had when it happened.

Hi guys, anything I can do to check the intercooler hoses to prevent this ? Where are they has anyone got a pic ?

Well I guess you could just check that the clamps are done up tightly. The bottom clamps are fairly straight forward to get at. You will need to get the car up on stands and get the undertray off, you should then see where the hoses clamp to the intercoolers. Top hoses are a bit more fiddly than the bottom hoses. I know I have addressed the left hand side one through the wheel arch when it came loose. I'm not sure if the right hand side one is accessible in the same way.
