Hi all just posting to rant that after purchasing my rs4 on Monday the 7th of jun im still waiting for the doc's to return to the garage so i can pick her up...........

Surely by now the dvla could set up a system that WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be worse mate, it took me from late february til a few weeks ago to get mine sorted!! . It was more than one though, but 3 months! Good luck with the new car

Tell me about it. I have had no end of problems with the extended warranty and Audi roadside continuing to use the previous owners private reg.

I understand DVLA have recently changed their systems...I had to wait nearly 4 weeks to pickup mine in April.

but getting my own plate off on to a retention slip only took 12 mins...then 5 weeks before the V5 came back to me. The guy buying my previous car was very understanding
