RS6 Coil Pack Problem

Hi i recently bought a 2003 RS6 Avant with a 512 BHP MTM upgrade.. nice and fitted a full Milltek non-resonated exhaust from the CATs to the back box.
Unfortunately it has developed a misfire problem under load.
Plugged up to the diagnostics it showed failure in cylinders 3 and 7. These had there coil packs replaced the car was back to its full potential for one day only and the misfire is back, this time cylinders 3 and 4.
These coil packs were also replaced and guess what 24hrs later the misfire is back again!!
