My video conference finishes around 1830. I will call back the manager in charge at this time and ask if he can call directly. This is really the best I can do today. Until this manager figures out what is going on and who is the right person to speak to I don't think we will be able to move forward.

John, I am in a Video Conference for the moment, so cannot call you back, but I have already contacted the head of Customer Services and asked for his support. This is the main guy in this part of the organisation. I am sure he will try to help, but I stress to you to try very hard to tell the garage not to touch the car. Please try to make them understand.

Well you guys are rich, why have a go at a guy who is clearly having problems with his car and oh my god he actually posts about it on a RS4 forum, oh the shame how dare he bring down this great marque and tell others about his car.

Its a car forum FFS and everyone is entitled to his opinion as i have done by writing this.
IMO there are some ver snobby people on here who thing that having a laugh and posting on here should be reserved for simple threads about how great this car is.

Get over yourselves and guys like John make this forum a more intresting place to be. Rant over.
