i know what you mean i bought a 08 focus st3 from ford direct begining of 09 for 15.4k and sold it aug 09 for 16.5k
Me too...bought brand new R32 Jan 09 for £21k sold in Sept for £21K with 8k miles. That was definately down to timing.....

Ahem perhaps someone should mention the mileage before getting remotely concerned? If i remember correctly 85+k?? hence the price!!!!

Agreed, I bought my R32 in March 07 for 23k, sold at exactly the wrong time, March 09 for £13k. Cant find one the same now for less than £15k, so he got a bargain as well.

Yeh the timing of my b7 purchase was pretty good i dont really think ive lost anything in 8-9months ownership,spec is key when buying though,my car has everything apart from a sunroof and ceramics,buckets and flat bottom steering wheel seem the prefered option judging by how long the ones that havent take to sell

43k in Nov 07.......hence why im keeping mine for a while yet, no rush to sell lol
