There's plenty of information and tutorials out there for updrading to RSN-E from RNS-D. YOu'll need to find a head unit first... order the extraction tools while you're at it.

Google ;)

This is a good start:

http://www.nsxjr.com/docs/RNS.pdf

You don't need to remove the instrument cluster because you can get the CAN feed on the existing TMC/Canbus module.

You'll need the adapter cable from Kufatec:

Not sure if the RNS-D tuner will work with the RNS-E.

The analogue tuner which if fitted to the RNS-D will not work with the RNS-E.

In fact it won't work in the UK for much longer anyway due to the Digital swich over.

craigyb fitted a new digital box when he fitted my RNS-E and now i can get loads of freeview channels and it works in motion !

Also sell off the RNS-D and analogue tuner on fleabay as they are worth about £300.00 so You can use that towards the price of the RNS-E !!

Thought so. Still useful though because you need it to get AUX video into the RNS-D.
