I want to see a saloon done now...................................Anyone ???
Mint Optic Pack saloon in Daytona Grey (Now sold)
B7 RS4 in Sprint Blue (Gone to a very good new home)
Evo V1 (wish i'd kept)

Ive been considering doing my Saloon matte black for awhile now. Seems like here in the US the price quotes I have gotten have been way more then what you guys are paying.

One place asked for 2,800 US = 1,710 GBP

Is that alot more then in UK or no?

If I do get mine done I will be sure to post pics

Daft question perhaps, but how do you clean it? Presumably you can't polish it like a normal paint finish ...

no jet washing either, just bucket and sponge im afraid, still, its very easy to clean

Do you find that bugs et al are easier to wash off Klauster of can you still use bug & tar remover on the vinyl?

Do you have to tell the DVLA or anything about the change of colour, otherwise wouldn't you get stopped by the Fuzz all the time for driving on plates that have a different colour registered?

just as easy to remove, and yes the bug remover works fine :D

insurance company didnt care less, but DVLA DID want to know 8)

I think it looks great but it definitely needs slamming have the mean stance to match the looks!

I saw a chrome DB9 in Weybridge yesterday, looked awful and the looks that he got were not admiring or envious!!
