Oli, what would be a realistic asking price & expected sale price? Is PistonHeads still seen as the best sales vehicle?

I've always found the opposite with a re-map, assuming it's a seen by a buyer as a quality tuner which DMS most certainly is. I'd say a DMS re-map & Milltek zorst would be seen as an advantage to most buyers of an RS4. Could be wrong as had this car just over 2 years so perhaps the buyer is more wary, but that was defo the case with my previous cars.

Yep it was Meridian. To start with he had a client who wanted it for his daughter who wanted one in Misano, I said that if he wanted to do a staright swap with the Sprint Blue Avant in showroom] with ceramics I would, but he had already sold it. That was up for 39995.00

Up another £400 in July's book for the avant. But checking the book price against what they are up for, the book is still miles of the pace!

Just the avant gone up again? Noticed a fair gap between saloon and avant on the open market

Had an avant S4 and now the saloon RS4 - preferred the avant shape and think it suits the RS4 although fed up with mates asking about the van / estate / dogs / slippers (delete as appropriate) so ended up with the saloon.

Saloons seem to be about 1.5-2k less than avants, around about the same difference they were when new although this difference doesn't seem to drop with depreciation???

As for which is faster....well lighter normally means faster so go figure. At least you bread van owners should be happy that your quicker than the cabs.......
