Dear friends and kids!

This post is 100% related to selling a crashed car. I do not need opinions, advices or kibitz. I'm not interested in kids or frustrated looking for approval. You are interested or not. Is not a discussion thread.

Thanks!

I am so glad that you have made friends here! Thats lovely for you.
Whilst I am a "kid", well the kid, I appear to have a little more common sense when posting a for sale thread.
Not only that but if it was indeed you who drove the car it would also appear that I am a better driver. Na nah....
I seek no approval here or elsewhere, its one of my many downfalls.
I do however seek not to be frustrated by people who do not give all the relavent information on a for sale thread on a public forum (more on that later), especially when the item stated rather bizarrely as an easily crashed B7 is worth so much to you. Relative price being irrelevant.
It would seem that whether or not you need opinions you will get them, though I would say with certainty that you need advice. My opinion being mine and my right to voice it on an open forum is yet to be taken away.
Back to the "discussion thread" issue. I read through the rules of this forum when I joined, and glanced through briefly just a minute ago. I could not find a statement to the effect that I could not discuss an item for sale. Please do correct me if I am wrong.

"n. pl. fo·rums also fo·ra (fôr, fr)
1.
a. The public square or marketplace of an ancient Roman city that was the assembly place for judicial activity and public business.
b. A public meeting place for open discussion.
c. A medium for open discussion or voicing of ideas, such as a newspaper, a radio or television program, or a website.
2. A public meeting or presentation involving a discussion usually among experts and often including audience participation.
3. A court of law; a tribunal."

You have brought all of this upon yourself by calling the thread "For sale RS4 easily crashed" which makes no sense at all, and then opening it with a post which just says "who needs it" No picture, no explanation, no price - people were puzzled and so it has turned into a discussion. I expect that this will stop now that everyone knows what it's actually about. I hope you find a buyer but I'd be very surprised, it's a left hand drive car and a very long way away, no one would buy it without inspecting the damage first.
Good luck!

You really are a smart guy!!!! No joke about that.

For those who were interested i have given prices, technical details, moreover i have offered to bring the car to Dover, and to discuss a price over there. To give a price in open forum would have brought tens of opinions from visitors and not for the target.

Many thanks for your advice!

Do us all a favour, go sell it for what it's worth, SCRAP !

Why try and sell a front end badly damaged left hooker here in the UK ?

Can imagine you'd be a NIGHTMARE to try and do a deal with :dung:

Punched breaks?? WTF! I assume you means drilled discs - which are standard fitment, so why mention them. Anyway - you at least provided me some level of amusement today.

Final offer................a pickled sandwich, a snickers bar, and can of diet coke (contents of diet coke can are included - can has not been crashed in any way, original paint, 1 previous owner (the shop))

Thick, i must just say your intelligence really is unprecedented, none of us would have come up with the idea to sell something in our own country or the ones nearest to us.

Thank you for passing on this superior knowledge.
